- Prior to
returning parts to TracParts.com for any
reason, you must contact us via email or by
the online form above and
obtain Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
number. We will also give you address
information, etc. for all returns.
- The item
returned must be in new and saleable
condition free of all dirt, grease, oil, etc
- if the part appears used, it will not be
accepted for return.
- Return
parts will be subject to a 15% restocking
charge.
- A copy of
the
packing list or invoice must be included
with all returns and items must be in new
and saleable condition and purchased from TracParts.com within the preceding 30 days.
- Sorry, we cannot
accept returns for any electrical parts.
- ***Credit
will not be given for shipping costs, only
for the part(s). If the item qualified for
"Free Shipping", credit will be given for
the part(s) minus the original shipping cost
TracParts.com incurred.***
