Return Process:

  1. Go to this page to: Sign into your account
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password and click "Sign in to Your Account" button
  3. Click on the "Completed Orders" link (halfway down the page).
  4. Click on the button "Return Item(s)" (just below "View Order Details" button).
  5. Enter "Quantity to Return", select "Return Reason", select Return Action, enter a full explanation of why the return is required, and click on the "Submit Return Request" button.
  6. An return authorization email (including the correct return address) will be sent by our Staff to your email once authorized (do not return any items until you receive the RGA# and return address from
  7. Login to "My Account" any time and click on the "Return Requests" link to check the status of your return request.

Return Requirements:

  1. Return requests will not be approved for electrical parts unless the item was shipped in error by
  2. Return requests must be sent within 30 days of the purchase/order date.
  3. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.
  4. The item returned must be in new and saleable condition free of all dirt, grease, oil, etc - if the part appears used, it will not be accepted for return. No credit will be given. The sender will be responsible for return of this item (including return shipping costs).
  5. A copy of the original packing list or invoice must be included with all returns.
  6. Credit will not be given for shipping costs, only for the part(s). If the item qualified for "Free Shipping", credit will be given for the part(s) minus the original shipping cost incurred unless the item was shipped in error by
