When an item can't be shipped by UPS due to its size and/or weight, it is shipped by another carrier by truck freight. "Truck Freight Required" will be noted in the product description. Truck freight shipments should ideally be delivered to a business address where someone is available during typical business hours to receive the shipment.

For Agricultural & Industrial Parts:
Truck freight cost is $120 per order and will be added to the order total after the order is placed. If the truck freight cost is more than $120 due to long travel distances, etc. - you will be given the option to continue or cancel the order prior to shipping.

The shipping cost is $120 if it is delivered to a business address or $198 to a residential/farm address.

For Caterpillar® Heavy Equipment Parts:
Truck freight cost will be added to the order after order is placed. An email will be sent after ordering indicating the truck freight cost and giving the customer an option to continue or cancel the order.

Please Note:

1. Truck Freight Companies impose additional costs for deliveries at residential addresses.
2. Residential customers should request "lift gate" service. Lift gate service requires additional delivery fees of $50 - $125.
3. Truck drivers are not required to help you unload the product off the truck. If the driver or customer cannot unload the product it will be brought back to the truck terminal. The customer will be financially responsible for both the 1st delivery attempt and making a 2nd delivery attempt and will be charged accordingly.
