Ordering

 

Placing Your First Order

 

1. Finding Parts:

  • Finding parts is easy. Either browse the categories using the tabs across the top of the page or simply click one of the links on the left side of the page.

  • Parts may also be found by using our search feature.

2. Adding Parts to Your Shopping Cart:

  • To add an item to your cart, click the "Add to Cart" button displayed below each item desired. This will place the item into your shopping cart. After the item is added to your cart, you will be able to continue shopping.

  • To view items in your shopping cart, click the "View Cart" button located at the top of the screen. A mini-shopping cart is also displayed on the right side of most pages, which shows the total number of items in your cart and subtotal for your convenience.

3. Proceed to Checkout:

  • Once you are satisfied with the items in you shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button located at the top of the page. This will bring you to the first page of the checkout process.

4. Enter a Shipping & Billing Address (step 1 of 4):

  • Under "Ship To", please enter the address where the items are to be delivered.
  • Under "Bill To", please enter the address that matches your credit card address (for security reasons), only if the two addresses are different.
  • Once complete, click the "Continue to Next Page" button located at the bottom of the page.

5. Select a Shipping Method & Credit Card Type (step 2 of 4):

  • Please select a shipping method (we typically ship UPS), shipping charges are displayed with each method.

  • Then select the type of credit card (MasterCard or Visa).

  • Once complete, click the "Continue to Next Page" button located at the bottom of the page.

6. Enter a Credit Card Number & Expiration Date (step 3 of 4):

  • In the first box, enter your credit card number only, with no spaces as shown (e.g. 5105105105105100).

  • In the second box, please enter the expiration date of your credit card as shown (mmyy e.g. 0601 for June, 2001).

  • Once complete, click the "Continue to Next Page" button located at the bottom of the page.

7. Confirm Your Order Information (step 4 of 4):

  • Here you have the opportunity to confirm your order information. Please verify your credit card number, expiration date, billing and shipping addresses.

  • If your information is correct, click the "Submit Transaction for Processing" button at the bottom of the page. This will submit your order for processing.

  • That's it, your order is complete.

  • At completion of your order, you will have an option to view a complete receipt.
  • A complete receipt will also be emailed to the address provided during the checkout process.
  • If you have not received a receipt, please contact us immediately.
11. Sales Tax
  • Orders placed with shipping destinations outside of the state of Florida are not subject sales tax.
  • Any items sold by TracParts.com and shipped to destinations in the state of Florida are subject to tax. The total tax for items shipped in Florida consists of the state sales tax rate for the destination address.
12. Warranties
  • TracParts.com warranties all items sold by them to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
  • TracParts.com reserves the right to inspect any item prior to granting warranty. We pledge our support in obtaining settlement of reasonable and justifiable claims.
  • TracParts.com will not assume any responsibility for loss of time, labor, or crop for any warranted parts.
  • Piston rings ordered without the overhaul kit are not warranted since we cannot be assured of the quality of your sleeves or pistons.

  • Order is typically shipped on the next business day (after it is placed), Monday - Friday:

    • UPS 3 Day Select:

      • UPS 3 Day Select® offers the ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery.

      • Guaranteed delivery within three business days to and from every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states.

      • Typical delivery time: 1 to 3 Days.
         

  • Order is typically shipped on the next business day (after it is placed), Monday - Friday:

    • UPS Next Day Air:

      • Guaranteed Overnight Delivery by 10:30 a.m.
        UPS Next Day Air® features fast, reliable delivery to all 50 states, making it the right choice for all your overnight shipments.

      • Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location
        Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional time in transit
        Some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit.

      • Typical delivery time: 1 to 2 Days.
         

Shipping Rates
  • We typically ship UPS (United Parcel Service), unless the items ordered require special shipping considerations due to size and/or weight. Some items may not qualify for FREE SHIPPING, and may not be noted (not typical), in this case, you will be notified after placing the order and given the option to have the order filled or cancelled.
  • How does FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99 work?

  • Currently, TracParts.com only ships within the United States of America.

Returns

 

Return Policy

  • To submit a request to return an item, please email - submit a form online.
  • Prior to returning parts to TracParts.com for any reason, you must contact us via email or by the online form above and obtain Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. We will also give you address information, etc. for all returns.
  • The return must be sent freight prepaid, with the RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, the return address will be given with RGA number.
  • Return parts will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  • A copy of the packing list or invoice must be included with all returns and items must be in new and saleable condition and purchased from TracParts.com within the preceding 30 days.
  • Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any electrical parts.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be given for approved returns that are accompanied with an RGA number and copy of packing list or invoice.
  • For security reasons, any refund will be applied to the same credit card used to purchase the items.

    Orders

    We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).  This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

    A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user.  [Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.]  We use session ID cookies.  For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. 

    Log Files

    Like most standard Web site servers our business partners use log files.  This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
